Already a Loan Customer?
If you’re already set up with auto-pay or make external transfers from another bank — no changes are needed! You can continue using your existing method.
However, if you’ve been calling in payments or mailing checks, this is a great time to make the switch to something faster and more convenient.
How to Avoid Payment Fees
- You can make your loan payments with no added fees by choosing one of the following methods:
- Use a First Bankers Trust checking account
- Set up recurring Electronic Payment payments through the Enrolled Portal
- Please note that recurring payments cannot be processed same day; please allow 24 hours before the first payment is due.
- Mail or drop off a check at any branch
- Pay in person using our debit card terminal
- Use external transfers from your current bank
Fee-Based Options (Guest Portal)
- For one-time payments through the guest portal, the following fees apply:
- Electronic Payment (bank account): $5 per payment
- Debit card: $10 per payment
