First Bankers Trustshares, Inc. (“The Company”) announced on October 3, 2022 that Melinda Boyer has been appointed Board Secretary of The Company and First Bankers Trust Company, N.A. ("First Bankers"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Company.
In this role, Boyer will be responsible for managing the minutes for The Company board meetings and First Bankers meetings. She will continue in her current duties as SVP for Human Resources and as a member of the Executive Committee of First Bankers.
