Lost or Stolen Card
We get it. Debit cards can be lost or stolen, so we make it easy to reqeust a replacement card or a new card altogether. You can request your new card online by filling out the Debit Card Request form.
To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call 217-228-8000 or 877-228-8001 during bank business hours. After hours, please call 833-462-0798, our Card Processing Center.
